I provide a variety of organizational consulting services related to multicultural advancement, training, and education to companies and institutions. I specialize in creating inclusive environments to people with multiple marginalized identities.

I provide consultation around the creation of safe spaces for Black women and girls to agencies, educational entities, and organizations.

I provide consultation and program evaluations around providing gender-responsive care to justice-involved women and their families. For example, our chapter on mothering under community criminal justice supervision was used to train parole officers in New York State (read the chapter). We also completed several program evaluations for Alternative to Detention Programs for women in New York City (WCJP reports 2019 + 2021)

I offer supportive consulting services for those interested in applying to graduate school in clinical or counseling psychology, those applying to APPIC internships, and students interested in applying for prestigious national fellowships (e.g., NSF GRFP ).
